This repository contains an open-source implementation of a semi-monthly payroll estimator reconstructed from an approved 2025 internal implementation.

The software is an estimation tool. It is not an official payslip, payroll record, tax filing, or substitute for review by the appropriate Finance, Payroll, Human Resources, tax, or legal teams.

The name “Pay Register” identifies this open-source interface only and does not imply endorsement by any employer or government agency.
